Product Descriptions

Dalotech LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Dalotech LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Dalotech is also not responsible for errors as result of incorrect information on a manufacturer's specification sheet. If a product offered by Dalotech LLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Dalotech LLC can returned within 20 days of shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price excluding the shipping costs. In order to qualify for a refund, items must be in saleable condition with it's original packaging. Customized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. NIST Certificates and NIST Certification services cannot be returned or refunded. For quantities of 4 or more returned items, a 20% restocking charge will be applied. You must obtain an Return Material Authorization number before returning any items. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Applicable Law

By visiting Dalotech.com, you agree that the laws of the state of New Hampshire, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Dalotech LLC or its suppliers.
